Printer Problem

Receptionist:    Good afternoon. All About Printers. This is Eileen Cardona speaking.  How can I help you?

Client:               Yes, good afternoon.  My name is Yarelis Sanchez and I've got a problem with my printer.

Receptionist:    Ok, please hold in lina one second so I transfer the call to our tecnician.  Thank you for calling.

Client:              Ok, thank you!

Technician:      Good afternoo.  What can I do for you?

Client:               Hi. I bought a printer three months ago and has broken down for a fourth time.

Technician:     Ok, so bring it b ak to us and so I can check it and if the problem doesn't have a solution we give you a refound or a new printer.  Do you have a receipt?

Client:              Yes, I have it.  Thank you very much.  Can I get there now?

Technician:      Of course.  Have a nice day and thank you for calling the Repair Department.

    • I take and transcribe the dictated information.
    • I file various documents

    S: My benefits are: Medical plan and financial aid provided by the university.

    I: Do you like your job?

    S: Yes, I like my job because I can execute various tasks and I like the college environment.
